  • We are contingency based, so it is absolutely free to look for the perfect candidate. You only pay a placement fee when you hire a candidate that L & L referred to your organization. Typically, a recruiting firm will charge an average of 15-25% of the first year(s) salary for permanent positions. At L & L we strive to be flexible and work with healthcare organizations to customize our pricing based on your hiring needs and the complexity of the positions.
